HELP US GROW THE CONVERSATION.
Looking to create more impact in your community, but don’t have the means to attend the summits? The scholarship program may be for you!
We believe in diverse and dynamic conversations around building communities through arts and cultural programming. We don't always want the usual suspects in the room. We're looking to support under-represented voices from grassroots advocates to emerging and youth leaders, people of color, native people, artists, and poor and working class people. We want a diverse group to attend our summits and share in the dialogue around creative placemaking. Your story can help shape strategies, policies, and tactics in the field and help educate decision makers and policy writers.
Who Can Apply
The scholarship program is designed to provide greater access to under-represented people who want to come to our summits. These scholarships are given to those wanting to use their summit experience to make greater impact in their community. While all are welcome to apply, we are primarily looking for individuals of color, local artists, persons from low- and moderate-income backgrounds, survivors of abuse and/or trauma, in addition to rural, immigrant, indigenous, and LGBTQ+ community members.
How it Works
Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed and you will be notified well before the summit.
NCCP will award registration scholarships based on your application, funds available, and more.
