Eligibility/Requirements:

• Applicants must live and/or work in the state of Georgia.

• The scholarships are open to both individuals and organizations

• Individual/organization must have a significant interest in creative placemaking

• Scholarship recipients will be required to attend a post-conference meeting to debrief, share lessons learned, and deepen local collaborations

• No more than one scholarship award will be given to an organization 

• Scholarship recipients will receive complementary full registration to the Summit

• Participants chosen must provide a 2026 W-9 and include the correct address for mailing a check reimbursement. Scholarship recipients must provide receipts to document travel expenses. The $600 travel reimbursement will be sent to recipients once receipts have been verified.

• Eligible Scholarship recipients will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.

This scholarship is generously provided by the Georgia Council for the Arts, and, if selected, it is non-transferable.
