Proposal Terms and Conditions

Applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• If chosen for a session, you are required to conduct the session as proposed in your application.

• Applicant must manage all additional contributors and negotiate any intellectual property rights to recorded content.

• Allow CPC to publish or share any session recordings in perpetuity. 

• Be available for at least one half-hour coaching session with a CPC representative to help enhance the quality of the session.

• Provide profile images of Session Organizer and Contributors upon request.

• In the event of any changes to the session or the CONTRIBUTORS, provide CPC with a minimum of three-weeks notice.

• If unable or unwilling to complete the session, forfeit all benefits 

• Agree to allow CPC to use your images and content to promote the session

• Be available to present in-person at the designated venue of the Summit
